Holidays: We have a "No Refund / No Cancellation" policy during designated holiday periods. However, if we are able to resell the nights, we will refund the client who cancelled.

Non-Holiday: Reservations must be cancelled at least 10 working days prior to the first night of scheduled rental. From 9 days to 5 days, 1 night rental will be charged. Less then five days prior to scheduled rental, there will be no refund of any money paid.

All reservations must be paid five (5) days prior to arrival date or reservations may be cancelled. Please notify us for reservations that require special arrangements.

Sonoran Spa Resort and Sonoran Sea Resort have a "no smoking in any condo" policy. Most condos do allow smoking on the patio, however, some do not. Please call us for more information. When making reservations let us know your preference.

Rules and regulations are given to each rental when they check-in. Check-in at both resorts is 4PM, check-out is 11AM.

When reserving a condominium at Sonoran Spa Resort or Sonoran Sea Resort, please confirm total number of persons to stay in the unit. We request that you include in your reservation how many adults (over 12-years) and how many children (12-years and younger). Even though we don't charge for 12-years and younger, they are considered a person and each condo has a maximum number of persons allowed.

Each extra person is $20 per night, plus tax.
Taxes are not included.

Late check-out with prior approval is a $10 (US) charge per hour.
Unapproved late check out will have a $20 (US) charge per hour.

TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS, A VALID GOVERNMENT ID SUCH AS A DRIVER’S LICENSE AND AN
ORIGINAL OR CERTIFIED COPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET ONE?
*SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS, OR TWO WEEKS IF YOU PAY AN EXTRA $60.00.
